Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for internal IT services, ensuring alignment with security and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder input, risk assessment, and value to the organization.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication, translating technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Track and report on product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in an IT or security environment.
- Strong understanding of IT service management, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
