Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal value and risk mitigation.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service level agreements, and pricing structures for hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Analyze spend data using SQL and Excel to identify cost‑saving opportunities and forecast future procurement needs.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and IT teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or related field.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba).
- Knowledge of IT asset management and vendor risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
