Devops Engineer
Lead end‑user support and infrastructure operations, driving automation and digital transformation across Windows endpoint management, mobile device governance, and network services using SCCM, Intune, and MDM/MAM tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and prioritize IT end‑user support activities, ensuring incidents, changes, and service requests meet agreed service levels.
- Identify and implement automation and digitization opportunities to streamline key processes.
- Lead the end‑user services team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage enterprise endpoint strategy, including Windows 10/11 lifecycle, image management, patching, and compliance via SCCM/MECM and Intune.
- Administer mobile device ecosystem using MDM/MAM solutions, ensuring secure device management.
- Maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and proxy systems, troubleshooting cross‑domain issues.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Windows endpoint management (SCCM/MECM, Intune) and mobile device management.
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and proxy configurations.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical support team.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
