About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance across all sites.
- Deploy, configure, and support hardware and software solutions, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support, resolving complex issues for end users and field teams.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement network upgrades, security patches, and system enhancements.
- Document procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train staff on new technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in network administration and hardware/software deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
