Senior IT Engineer to manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, and automate system processes for improved efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and up to date
- Automate IT processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or related roles
- Expertise in network administration, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
