Lead the transformation of complex data into actionable insights using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, driving strategic decisions across the enterprise through compelling visual storytelling and robust analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to support executive and operational decision‑making.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings through clear visual narratives.
- Perform advanced data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and enterprise strategy.
- Document data models, processes, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and maintain a scalable analytics environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting within a healthcare or enterprise setting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI with a strong portfolio of dashboards and analytical projects.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines, and data governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data integration tools is a plus.
