Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Drive agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to maintain high velocity and quality.
- Design and optimize SAP and cloud‑based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, support decision‑making, and recommend process improvements.
- Mentor junior analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT business analysis and project management within a large enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget using agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.
