About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of technology and process‑based solution projects, from business needs assessment to implementation and post‑go‑live support.
- Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and vendors to elicit, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Create detailed process models, data flow diagrams, and system specifications using BPMN and other modeling tools.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Analyze data to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support decision‑making with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirements elicitation, and process modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools to extract and interpret business data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
