About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical and Business Process Leads to identify, document, and prioritize requirements for SAP and related systems.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of configuration changes, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Analyze current supply and production planning processes, recommend solutions, and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
- Configure and optimize SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD) to support evolving business needs.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
- Strong expertise in SAP configuration, especially PP, MM, and SD modules.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects and driving process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast‑paced environment.
