Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide collaboration and content management solutions, driving architecture, security, and cloud integration to enable efficient knowledge sharing and digital workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable collaboration and content management platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical standards.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of cloud‑based solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure).
- Define and enforce security, compliance, and governance frameworks for data handling and user access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering best practices in architecture, coding, and testing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with a focus on collaboration and content management.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern CMS solutions.
- Proven track record in security architecture, governance, and compliance (ISO, GDPR).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
