About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain feature‑rich iOS applications for news consumption, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into clean, testable Swift/Objective‑C code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, Core Data, and third‑party services, managing data flow and persistence.
- Implement modern UI/UX using UIKit and SwiftUI, focusing on accessibility and responsiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience with a strong portfolio of released apps.
- Proficiency in Swift and Objective‑C, with deep knowledge of Xcode, Interface Builder, and performance profiling.
- Experience with Core Data, Combine, SwiftUI, and modern Apple ecosystem tools.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services, JSON parsing, and network security best practices.
