QA Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of intelligent automation solutions across finance, HR, and IT services, leveraging RPA, Python, and cloud technologies to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end intelligent automation workflows using RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts to identify high‑impact automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and deploy machine‑learning models to enhance decision‑making within automated processes.
- Integrate automation solutions with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Step Functions) for scalable, cloud‑native deployments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated processes, ensuring reliability and compliance with governance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in intelligent automation, RPA, and process automation.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Hands‑on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
