QA Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑enabled automation solutions, leveraging RPA, Python, and cloud services to create scalable, high‑impact workflows for a health‑care organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that integrate RPA, machine learning models, and cloud services.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to translate business processes into scalable, AI‑driven workflows.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure rapid, reliable delivery of automation assets.
- Define standards, governance, and best practices for automation, monitoring performance and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on AI, data handling, and platform integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and Python development.
- Strong background in machine learning, AI model integration, and data preprocessing.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, including services such as Lambda, S3, and SageMaker.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and proven leadership in delivering complex automation projects.
