Implementation Engineer
Senior Integration Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise‑class integrations and automation workflows using Workato, MuleSoft, and related middleware, connecting Finance, HR, and Operations systems such as Salesforce and Workday.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable inbound and outbound integrations on the Workato platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain middleware solutions using MuleSoft to connect ServiceTitan core services with external ERP, HR, and finance systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create, test, and document API integrations for Salesforce, Workday, and other SaaS applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows, providing rapid resolution to production issues.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for integration architecture across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations, preferably with Workato and MuleSoft.
- Strong proficiency in API design, REST/SOAP protocols, and data transformation (JSON, XML).
- Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce, Workday, and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, security, and error handling in a cloud‑native environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously with distributed teams.
