About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate sensor and weapon interfaces for missile defense platforms.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for target tracking, threat assessment, and command‑and‑control functions.
- Create and maintain user interface components to support operator situational awareness.
- Develop automated test frameworks and conduct verification & validation of integrated systems.
- Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect system integrity and data confidentiality.
Requirements
- Active Top‑Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI.
- 5+ years of experience in C++ and Python development within defense or aerospace environments.
- Proven experience in algorithm development, real‑time data processing, and UI design.
- Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
