About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Line Manager in managing the Oceaneering workscope, ensuring technical delivery and cost control align with client contracts.
- Implement and maintain an Integrity Risk Management Process that aligns with the client’s risk framework.
- Review and enforce compliance with client engineering and safety standards, addressing feedback and corrective actions.
- Provide technical leadership to inspection discipline engineers, allocating tasks, reviewing outputs, and fostering professional growth.
- Coordinate interfaces with supporting disciplines such as Structures, Pipelines, and other engineering teams to ensure integrated project execution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in offshore inspection engineering and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of client engineering and safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and cost control techniques.
