Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining large‑scale cloud and on‑premise environments using AWS, Terraform, Ansible, and container orchestration technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS and hybrid data‑center environments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using Terraform, Ansible, and Python scripts.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid delivery of infrastructure changes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability and security compliance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define infrastructure requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in Linux systems.
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM) and networking concepts.
- Hands‑on experience scripting in Python and building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
