About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for the Network Operations Center, resolving complex infrastructure incidents and guiding support engineers.
- Maintain and administer Windows Server workloads within a VMware‑based virtualized environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues remotely, translating technical concepts for non‑technical users.
- Lead project‑based initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Develop and automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments in virtualized (VMware) infrastructures.
- Strong background in NOC support, incident escalation, and problem resolution.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation of Windows administration tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist and educate non‑technical users.
- Experience planning and executing infrastructure upgrade projects, including hardware and software migrations.
