About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain VMware virtualisation environments supporting production workloads.
- Design and implement hybrid‑cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, integrating on‑premises infrastructure with cloud services.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using PowerShell and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of servers, storage, and network components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex incidents and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in VMware and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, networking protocols, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience designing hybrid‑cloud architectures and migration strategies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid (remote/on‑site) environment.
