Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Kidde Global Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain highly available, secure infrastructure across AWS and hybrid environments, leveraging Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Python, Ansible, and CloudWatch, ensuring rapid deployment and consistent compliance.
• Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to enforce best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and remediate findings.
• Design and manage network topologies, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies to meet stringent uptime and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation to continuously improve system resilience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM).
• Proven track record deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and writing IaC with Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Chef.
• Solid understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, NIST).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, global environment.
