About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and manage VMware‑based virtualized environments to support production workloads.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity services for secure user access.
- Design and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs across all sites.
- Oversee Windows Server infrastructure, patching, and performance tuning.
- Lead end‑user computing initiatives, ensuring reliable desktop and mobile device support.
- Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering.
- Proven expertise with VMware, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
