Devops Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, driving automation, security, and high availability for mission‑critical banking services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available, secure infrastructure across AWS and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Implement IaC using Terraform and Kubernetes, automating provisioning, scaling, and configuration management.
- Design and enforce network segmentation, firewall rules, and VPN solutions to protect sensitive data and meet PCI‑DSS requirements.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for monitoring, alerting, and incident response, integrating with SIEM and observability platforms.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to optimize performance, cost, and reliability of critical workloads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM) and Kubernetes cluster management.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, plus knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of network security, encryption, and compliance frameworks such as PCI‑DSS and ISO 27001.
