About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls for large‑scale fiber and cloud infrastructures serving public‑sector clients.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management for AI‑enabled workloads.
- Lead incident response, forensic analysis, and post‑incident reviews to strengthen defenses.
- Collaborate with network, cloud, and application teams to embed security into the SDLC and deployment pipelines.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks aligned with government regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security engineering, preferably in a large enterprise or telecom environment.
- Deep knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and fiber optic network architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML workloads security, container security, and zero‑trust principles.
- Strong incident response, threat hunting, and forensic skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable plans.
