About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑wide security architecture, including network, application, and cloud security controls.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate security gaps.
- Lead incident response activities, coordinate investigations, and produce post‑incident reports.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security into product development and deployment pipelines.
- Provide security training and awareness programs for technical and non‑technical staff.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on enterprise security architecture.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑prem security controls.
- Proven experience with incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
