About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑wide access management controls, including privileged access and identity governance solutions.
- Lead the configuration and operation of PAM platforms, ensuring secure lifecycle management of privileged accounts.
- Develop and enforce role‑based access control (RBAC) models across cloud and on‑premise environments.
- Integrate federation protocols (SAML, OAuth) and Azure Active Directory to enable seamless, secure authentication and authorization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess access risks, conduct audits, and remediate findings.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and stakeholders on access security best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security with a focus on access management and privileged access solutions.
- Hands‑on expertise with PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and identity governance platforms.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and Azure AD integration.
- Proven ability to design security architectures and conduct risk assessments for access controls.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading technical teams or projects.
