About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable IAM solutions using Okta, integrating with on‑prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure AD).
- Lead IAM modernization programs, defining architecture, migration strategies, and governance models.
- Engage executive stakeholders, presenting technical concepts, risk assessments, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Develop and enforce security policies, identity lifecycle processes, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IAM with application, data, and network security layers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IAM architecture, with deep expertise in Okta and identity governance.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale IAM modernization initiatives in hybrid and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, AWS, Azure, and identity standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with identity lifecycle management, privileged access, and compliance frameworks.
