About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and operational support of identity data aggregation, synchronization, and provisioning pipelines across the enterprise.
- Architect and maintain Global Directory Services and Privileged Account Inventory platforms, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate identity data sources, automate workflows, and enforce security policies.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures for IAM services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including performance tuning, cost optimization, and automation of manual processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, directory services, or privileged account management.
- Strong knowledge of identity data models, synchronization protocols (e.g., LDAP, SCIM), and provisioning workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Experience with cloud identity platforms (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Okta) and on‑prem solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
