About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions for a high‑profile aerospace client, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management.
- Lead identity governance initiatives, including access reviews, role‑based access control, and policy enforcement.
- Integrate SSO, SAML, and OAuth protocols across cloud and on‑premises applications, leveraging Azure AD, Okta, and AWS IAM.
- Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to embed IAM best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams on IAM tooling and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on IAM engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, SSO, SAML, and OAuth standards.
- Proven track record in identity governance, access reviews, and policy automation.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation and integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced aerospace domain.
