Software Engineer
Senior IAM Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and compliance controls.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy IAM solutions across multi‑cloud and hybrid environments, integrating with SSO, MFA, and privileged access management tools.
- Design and enforce role‑based access controls, least‑privilege policies, and automated provisioning workflows.
- Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to embed IAM best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct regular security assessments, penetration tests, and compliance audits of identity infrastructure.
- Lead incident response for IAM‑related breaches and implement remediation strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering, with deep knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Proficiency with cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM) and identity platforms (Okta, Auth0).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation and policy enforcement.
- Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
