Senior HRIS Engineer - ddn

The Senior HRIS Engineer will play a hands-on role in DDN’s multi-year business systems modernization. You will work on enhancing DDN’s HR technology ecosystem, with Workday as the core HCM platform while driving innovation in and around it through modern orchestration technology, workplace AI, and frontier models.

Partnering closely with HR, Finance, and technical teams on solution design, our team is a group of highly talented, dedicated professionals who will challenge and empower you to solve big problems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as a key engineer and product lead for our Workday HCM deployment including configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing enhancements in areas such as core HCM, time, absence, advanced comp, payroll, and

• 4–7 years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or Workday-focused engineering/analyst roles
• Practical experience in several of the following areas: Core HCM, Reporting, Absence and Time Tracking, Talent Management, Payroll, and

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in global or multi-country HR environments
• Exposure to Peakon, LMS platforms, or HR integrations.
• Experience partnering on automation, integrations, or AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Exposure to work management technologies such as Jira and modern gen ai models such as claude and gemini
