Senior HR Technology Analyst who partners with HR teams to optimize HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and security while delivering training, documentation, and technical support across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR functional areas to design, implement, and maintain HRIS solutions that support business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing regular audits, data cleansing, and security reviews.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, run SQL queries, generate reports, and analyze HR data to support decision‑making.
- Provide end‑user training, support, and troubleshooting for HRIS applications.
- Act as liaison between internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS administration.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train and support end users.
- Experience with vendor management and system implementation projects.
