Software Engineer
Senior HR Technology Analyst responsible for maintaining HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and system security while providing functional documentation, consulting, and training to HR teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) to ensure optimal performance, security, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR functional areas to translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver functional documentation, user guides, and training sessions for HR staff and end‑users.
- Create, schedule, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards using SQL and reporting tools.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, performing regular audits and data validation.
- Provide first‑line support for system issues, troubleshooting technical problems and coordinating with vendors when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing HRIS solutions, preferably Workday or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to document processes, develop training materials, and conduct user training.
- Knowledge of HR compliance standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
