About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct high‑voltage distribution tests on production and prototype equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain test procedures, scripts, and automation tools using Python and MATLAB to streamline data acquisition and analysis.
- Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot faults, optimize designs, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze test data, generate detailed reports, and present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including the integration of PLC and SCADA systems for real‑time monitoring and diagnostics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high‑voltage testing and power electronics.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA integration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
