About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor program performance across Hospital Medicine, Stroke Regulatory Reporting, and Neurosciences.
- Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses, data validation, and quality assurance to support evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Champion self‑service analytics by training users, creating reusable data models, and documenting best practices.
- Leverage cloud services (AWS) to optimize data pipelines, storage, and security for large healthcare datasets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation.
- Expertise in Tableau (or similar BI tools) for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue) and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
