About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with large healthcare and life‑sciences organizations to define cloud migration and modernization strategies aligned with industry regulations.
- Design and present end‑to‑end AWS solutions that incorporate data analytics, machine learning, and secure storage for clinical and research workloads.
- Lead proof‑of‑concept implementations, guiding customers through technical validation, cost optimization, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with AWS product teams and partner ecosystems to integrate specialized HCLS services such as Amazon HealthLake, SageMaker, and compliance tooling.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to reusable reference architectures, whitepapers, and best‑practice guides for the HCLS sector.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering cloud solutions, with a strong focus on AWS services.
- Deep understanding of healthcare and life‑sciences regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11) and data security best practices.
- Proven expertise in data analytics, machine learning pipelines, and large‑scale data lake architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
