Lead advanced analytics projects in a fast‑growing primary‑care network, designing data models, dashboards, and predictive insights using SQL, Python and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and ETL pipelines to support clinical and operational reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI that drive actionable insights for physicians, administrators, and executives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python to identify trends, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource utilization.
- Mentor junior analysts, establish best practices for data governance, and champion a data‑driven culture across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, preferably within healthcare or a related regulated industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and complex query development.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine‑learning workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to design data models, understand healthcare data structures (e.g., EHR, claims), and communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
