Data Analyst
Lead advanced analytics on health and benefits data, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights using Python, SQL, Tableau, and machine learning techniques to drive program effectiveness and benchmark performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multivariate analyses to evaluate health and benefits program outcomes.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Apply machine learning models to predict program impact and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to benchmark against industry standards and recommend data‑driven strategies.
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality using SQL and Python scripts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within health or benefits domains.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analytics into clear business insights.
