QA Engineer
Senior engineer responsible for designing and executing test solutions, bringing up, debugging, and qualifying new System‑in‑Package products using ATE platforms, and delivering robust test hardware and software programs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test programs for System‑in‑Package (SIP) products that integrate SoCs and companion chips.
- Perform hardware bring‑up, debugging, and validation on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
- Characterize device performance across process variations and operating conditions.
- Design, build, and maintain test hardware fixtures and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to qualify new product functionality and ensure cost‑effective test solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with ATE systems and hardware test development.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, SoC architectures, and hardware debugging techniques.
- Proficiency in developing test software/firmware (e.g., C/C++, Python, LabVIEW).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
