QA Engineer
Lead the design, execution, and automation of rigorous hardware tests for humanoid robotics, ensuring reliability of actuators, sensors, and PCBAs in dynamic warehouse environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans for actuators, motor controllers, sensors, and PCBAs used in humanoid robots.
- Develop automated test rigs and scripts to validate hardware performance under real‑world warehouse conditions.
- Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with design teams to refine hardware specifications.
- Document test procedures, results, and recommendations in clear, actionable reports.
- Maintain and upgrade test equipment, ensuring calibration and traceability to industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hardware testing for robotics or related fields.
- Proficiency with test automation tools, scripting (Python, MATLAB), and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, motor control, and sensor integration.
- Experience with PCB design review and failure analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
