Responsibilities
Own exchange active user metrics (MAU/Cumulative Transactors), define and execute user activation growth strategies
Lead consumer-facing growth feature planning and iteration, including task systems, check-ins, rewards stores, and trading incentives
Plan and operate user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events), with ability to build campaign platforms or templatized frameworks from 0 to 1
Continuously optimize activation conversion and retention curves through data-driven approaches (funnel analysis, user segmentation, A/B testing)
Coordinate cross-functional resources across design, engineering, data, and compliance to drive project delivery
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify actionable growth opportunities
Requirements
5+ years in internet product/growth roles, with at least 2 years at a crypto exchange or Web3 platform
Demonstrated ownership of activation/retention metrics with proven results (DAU/MAU growth, retention improvement, etc.)
Strong consumer-facing product design skills, with 0-to-1 experience in task systems, gamification, or viral growth features
Proven track record in large-scale campaign planning and execution
Experience with licensed/regulated platforms , understanding of KYC tiering, geo-restrictions, and product trade-offs under compliance constraints
Highly data-literate, proficient in SQL/BI tools, capable of designing and analyzing A/B experiments
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, comfortable with multi-timezone collaboration
Nice to Have
Campaign product experience at super apps such as Taobao/Alipay (e.g., Double 11, Five Blessings, check-in events at billion-DAU scale)
