About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze large-scale A/B tests to optimize product features and marketing campaigns.
- Develop machine learning models to predict user behavior, churn, and lifetime value, integrating findings into growth strategies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that track key growth metrics and inform decision‑making.
- Conduct deep dives into user segmentation, funnel analysis, and cohort studies to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with a focus on growth or product analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the fintech or crypto industry is a plus.
