About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, and calibration of geotechnical instrumentation systems for diverse projects.
- Develop and implement monitoring strategies, selecting appropriate sensors and data acquisition methods.
- Analyze field data, perform advanced evaluation, and produce clear, defensible engineering recommendations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to integrate instrumentation insights into design and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, R, or Python) and instrumentation platforms.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
