About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical investigations, including site reconnaissance, sampling, and laboratory testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop and review foundation and retaining wall designs, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry best practices.
- Perform advanced seismic and slope stability analyses using specialized software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical findings into overall project plans.
- Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and construction documentation for client and regulatory submission.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate field activities to maintain quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in geotechnical design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in seismic and slope stability analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
