About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and analysis of foundations, retaining walls, and earthworks for critical infrastructure projects.
- Conduct geotechnical investigations, soil sampling, and laboratory testing to inform design decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports, design calculations, and construction documentation using CAD and GIS tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into overall project plans.
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee field supervision to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical design and project management.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio) and CAD/GIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities in a collaborative environment.
