About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate generative AI models for healthcare applications, ensuring robustness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement model monitoring frameworks to track performance metrics, detect drift, and maintain model integrity over time.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and ethical use of data.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of model failures and propose mitigation strategies to reduce risk and improve reliability.
- Document methodologies, results, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and external audit readiness.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in generative models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in model validation, performance monitoring, and risk assessment in regulated environments.
- Experience with Responsible AI frameworks, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
