About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models on large-scale healthcare datasets using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ingest and preprocess structured and unstructured data (claims, medical records, physician demographics) in on‑premise and cloud environments.
- Apply advanced NLP and machine learning techniques to extract insights, generate synthetic data, and support predictive analytics for cost‑effective care delivery.
- Optimize model performance and scalability on AWS, ensuring compliance with healthcare data security standards.
- Communicate findings to cross‑functional stakeholders, translating technical results into business‑impact narratives.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proven expertise in generative modeling (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AWS services (S3, SageMaker, EMR).
- Hands‑on experience with large‑scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a track record of delivering production‑ready AI solutions.
