Senior Generative AI Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying production‑grade retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, multi‑agent orchestration, and conversational AI solutions on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end RAG pipelines, including chunking, embedding models, hybrid retrieval, and re‑ranking optimized for latency and accuracy.
- Develop and orchestrate multi‑agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Build structured document extraction and conversational AI components that integrate with client workflows.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI services on Azure and AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions and provide technical guidance to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative models and retrieval‑augmented generation.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep‑learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI workloads on Azure and/or AWS, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration libraries for multi‑agent systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, production‑grade pipelines and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
