Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end development of AI‑driven insurance products, building scalable web services and dynamic front‑ends on AWS, while driving automation and data‑driven pricing models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable microservices in Python and Node.js, integrating with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Build and maintain responsive, high‑performance front‑end components using React and modern JavaScript tooling.
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine‑learning models into production pipelines, ensuring model reliability and performance.
- Design and enforce CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions to accelerate delivery and maintain code quality.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in security, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a strong focus on cloud‑native architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, and AWS services.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning model deployment and data‑driven product development.
