About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product specifications into clear, actionable implementation tasks for the development team.
- Guide AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) to generate modules and review the output for architectural soundness, security, and maintainability.
- Design and evolve the full‑stack architecture, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and compliance with best‑practice security standards.
- Implement, test, and deploy full‑stack features using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python) and cloud services (AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Establish and enforce coding standards, automated testing, migration strategies, and production‑readiness checks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining complex web applications.
- Strong proficiency in both front‑end (React) and back‑end (Node.js, Python) technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to review and improve AI‑generated code, focusing on architecture, security, and code quality.
- Solid understanding of database design, migrations, and data integrity principles.
