POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (+8 years experience) with a strong backend focus who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role is primarily backend-oriented (~60–70%), focused on designing, building, and optimizing scalable services, APIs, and data systems.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in .NET/C# and Microsoft SQL Server, along with experience in AWS and performance optimization. Frontend experience with React or Vue is expected, but secondary. Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.
The role also includes a meaningful operational component (~20–30%), supporting production systems, troubleshooting issues, and improving system reliability.
Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, UI/UX, and Operations teams are essential.
Location & Work Status
This is a remote, full-time contractor position based in Mexico. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for invoicing for your services. You'll work closely with our team across departments, participating in meetings and contributing to company initiatives.
